Order Processing

All confirmed orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number.
Tracking will typically become active within 48–72 hours after the courier picks up your parcel.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business working day.

Kindly note that order processing timelines may vary during high-demand seasons (e.g., Ramadan/Raya).

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia Only)

Peninsular Malaysia

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days once shipped from our warehouse.

Sabah & Sarawak

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days once shipped from our warehouse.

These timelines include internal processing + courier delivery time.

Courier Service & Delivery Responsibility

LEKIR partners with reputable delivery providers for secure shipping.
Once the courier has collected the parcel, delivery time and parcel handling are under the courier’s responsibility.
LEKIR will not bear any loss or damage caused during transit.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number.
Please allow 48–72 hours for parcel movement to be reflected in the courier’s system.

For deliveries within Malaysia, tracking can be checked through the appointed courier’s website or app.
